TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Signing up through the website and setting up a subscription is the only booking/payment option that Lake Academy will accept.
• A trial is a two week period
• After the second trial is completed, you will receive an email from Class 4 Kids to sign up to classes if you wish to continue.
• Fees are taken from your account on the 1st of the month. Any fees not paid on the 1st of the month will incur a £5 late payment fee.
• Our fees are pro rata – the total cost of 39 weeks of classes is split across 12 monthly payments.
• All fees and show money paid is non-refundable.
• Make sure to follow us on social media and join our private members Facebook page – ‘Lake Academy-Current Enrolled Students’ to keep up to date with all information. We also communicate via email.
• Cancellation policy – we require one month’s written notice along with one final full fee payment for cancellation.
• Lake Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• If there are any sessions missed due to staff illness or other factors, Lake Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
